Comverse, Raanana
Design competition submission.
A series of non-traditional decisions were proposed for this hi-tech company’s campus, to create an intensive and attractive environment, a microcosm of an urban environment. The built areas were clustered together creating a lively, active interior system of streets and plazas. In addition, the creation of multi-level parking garages freed up actual ground space for the creation of a full fledged park, which represents the heart of the campus. Roof gardens atop the parking buildings serve as sport and recreation areas, giving the campus a green facade.
