Dan Accadia, Herzliya

The Dan Accadia gardens received a facelift whose aim was to provide solutions for functional problems while preserving the gardens’ original character. Comprehensive and significant changes altered the interplay of movement and rest surrounding the pool- without making any obviously detectable changes.
The garden redesign connects between different areas of the existing garden, crafting the gardens into one organic system: the lobby exit out to the pool connects with the sunken poolside garden area; the pool area connects to the lawns beyond. A new wooden deck area between the pool and the sea and alongside the fitness room creates an abundance of varied sitting areas and re-emphasizes the meeting point with the cliff edge.
