Dan Accadia – Herzliya
The Dan Accadia gardens received a facelift whose aim was to provide solutions for functional problems while preserving the gardens’ original character. Comprehensive and significant changes altered the interplay of movement and rest surrounding the pool, without making any obviously detectable changes.
The garden redesign connects between different areas of the existing garden, crafting the gardens into one organic system: the lobby exit out to the pool connects with the sunken poolside garden area; the pool area connects to the lawns beyond. A new wooden deck area between the pool and the sea and alongside the fitness room creates an abundance of varied sitting areas and re-emphasizes the meeting point with the cliff edge.
