Ramat Bet Shemesh
In light of the difficult on-site conditions and complex program requirements, a master plan for an integrated residential/commercial area was formulated, with a variety of land uses and building types. The distribution of buildings interspersed with open spaces highlights the topographical features of the site, opening up views towards the landscape and creating residences built to the highest standards. The system of open spaces is organized around a promenade with moderate topographical variation, suitable for pedestrians and cyclists, that winds its way through public parks of various sizes.
