The new Park HaYarkon commercial towers, situated in a snarled urban jumble of car garages and dead-end streets, is representative of the transformation occurring in this area. The towers form a critical part of the newly developing boulevard connecting downtown Bnei Brak with the Yarkon Park and adjoining commercial district
The outdoor areas associated with this urban development are part of a “garden/boulevard” – a single landscape characterized by a unified geometrical continuity, out of which the buildings rise. There is a fluid connection between the urban style employed at the outer edges of the avenue and the inner garden areas, which create inviting “green pockets” in a city that is not known for its preponderance of green spaces.
