Palace Assisted Living Housing Complex, Modi’in
At the entrance to the city of Modi'in, this housing complex is built on an area of about 11 dunams, over 35,000 square meters of prestigious building. An innovative and unique residential complex for the elderly. This is the first assisted living housing project in the city of Modi'in. The project is bordered by a public park and will be designed so that the commercial areas and entrance to the project are open to the city. In the heart of the complex is an internal patio garden with an area of about 3 dunams, which provides a view for the residential area overlooking it and a lively garden for people who reside there to walk through. It incorporates an ecological pool, walking paths, and places to sit down and rest. All major public areas-- dining room, pool, gym, and study rooms have direct access to the garden. Green walls were planned at the entrance to the project at various levels and constitute a rich green surrounding for those who come to the project.
