Library Park, Beer Sheva
The park expands the concept of the "library" as a place of discovery, search, curiosity, meeting and silence. The translation of the "library" into the language of the park gives the place added programmatic and design value. Students, families and veteran residents will mix together in a lively variety of options that the park offers - an outdoor library, study and reading spaces, play, gathering and meeting. The activity areas in the park were designed inspired by "library shelves" penetrating the soft and continuous topography of the park.
